Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Long Beach Processing ("we", "I") collects through longbeachprocessing.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. Long Beach Processing is run by Sean Carriveau, an independent agent of Green PayTech, based in Long Beach, CA.

What I collect

• What you type into a form: your name, business name, phone number, email, preferred time to talk, and anything else you choose to include.
• Statements you upload: a merchant processing statement (PDF or photo). These can include your business name, address, account numbers, and sales totals.
• How you found the site: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, and ad campaign details in the link (for example UTM tags or Google and Meta click IDs).
• Usage data from cookies and similar tools: pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location, collected by analytics and advertising tools described below, and only with your consent where required.

How it is used

• To prepare your free statement analysis and contact you about it.
• To reach out at the time you asked for.
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site, so I spend my advertising budget well.
• To keep the site secure and to block spam.

I do not sell your personal information for money, and I never share your statement with anyone for marketing.

Who it is shared with

• Service providers that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (delivers form submissions, including uploaded statements, to my inbox).
• Analytics and advertising partners: Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive usage data and ad click information through cookies and pixels, so I can measure results and show ads to people likely to be interested.
• Green PayTech and its banking partners: only if you decide to open an account with me, to set it up.
• When required by law.

Cookies and your choices

Analytics and advertising cookies are only used after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The site also honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by some browsers as an opt-out.

How long I keep it

Form submissions and statements are kept only as long as needed to complete your analysis and follow up, and for any records I am required to keep. Ask me and I will delete them.

Security

The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and submissions go straight to my email rather than being stored in a public database. No method is perfect, so please do not include full card numbers or passwords in anything you send.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information I collect and how it is used, to request a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Advertising cookies can count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, decline them in the cookie banner or use the "Cookie settings" link. I will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
