Long Beach Processing

About

A partner, not just a processor

I am Sean Carriveau, an independent merchant services consultant based in Long Beach. I have spent years undoing the damage that one-size-fits-all pricing does to local businesses.

Meet Sean

Call me first. A full support team has your back.

I am Sean Carriveau, an independent merchant services consultant with Green PayTech. I help businesses cut their card processing costs, simplify how payments run, and get the kind of support that large processors stopped offering a long time ago.

Over the years I have helped more than 100 businesses lower their fees and clean up their payment setup. I live here in Long Beach with my wife Erika, and most of my clients are within a short drive. I know the tech side well, so questions and quick fixes come straight to me. For deeper technical issues, I connect you with the Green PayTech support team and stay in the loop.

Why independent matters

Big processors are built around volume. Their pricing is designed to be applied to thousands of businesses at once, their support is built to handle calls at the lowest possible cost per ticket, and their sales reps are paid on new signatures rather than on whether you are still happy two years later.

Working independently through Green PayTech means I get the processing networks, the hardware, and the 24/7 back office of a national provider, while the relationship stays local. You keep the same first call, with a full support team behind it.

It also means my incentive runs the right way. I am compensated on accounts that stay, which is only sustainable if the pricing I set up holds its value and you keep answering when I check in.

How working together actually goes

No surprises, and nothing that needs a decision before you have the numbers in front of you.

  1. We talk first

Ten minutes on the phone about what you sell, how customers pay, and what is frustrating you. No pitch, and no reason to involve your statement yet.

  2. I read your statement

You send a recent statement and I work out your effective rate, flag every fee, and price the same volume against what I can offer. You get it in writing.

  3. You decide, without pressure

If the savings are not worth the effort, stay where you are. I would rather you trust me and come back in a year than feel pushed into switching now.

  4. I handle the switch

Application, underwriting, hardware, programming, and staff training. We schedule the cutover around your slowest period, not mine.

  5. I stay reachable

My cell number does not change after the install. When something breaks, or when a fee shows up you do not recognize, you call me and I sort it out.
